Fullers Family Law Limited in Milton Keynes is seeking a Junior Paralegal to join our team. This is an opportunity for someone with family law experience who enjoys communicating with clients, often at difficult moments.

You will speak with potential new clients by phone, build rapport, provide reassurance, and support our solicitors with administrative tasks while developing professionally through SQE1 and SQE2 guidance.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication with clients by phone.
• Verbal agility to adapt language for each client.
• Ability to build rapport quickly and reassure clients.
• Experience in family law and speaking with family law clients.
• Strong written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Speak with potential new clients, listen to their story and understand their circumstances.
• Build trust and rapport through warm, confident and professional communication.
• Provide reassurance to clients in difficult or emotional circumstances.
• Keep conversations focused and confidently guide them forward, while clients feel heard.
• Complete administrative tasks and provide support to our solicitors.
