About the Firm

We are working with an international law firm specialising in the sports sector to recruit a Junior Legal PA. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team that advises some of the most high‑profile clients in the industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Document and file management, including archiving
  • Supporting client onboarding and conflict checks
  • Assisting with billing and expenses
  • Organising meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements
  • Managing databases, post, and switchboard calls
  • Overseeing meeting room bookings and catering
  • Ordering supplies and supporting day‑to‑day operations
About You
  • 1 year minimum experience as a Legal PA or administrative assistant
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Confident communicator with a positive, proactive attitude
  • Ability to prioritise and work under pressure
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Interest in the sports sector is desirable
  • Flexibility to occasionally work outside standard hours
