Junior PA

Salary: £36,000 per annum

Location: Central London

One of our clients is seeking a highly organised and proactive Junior PA to support a Director across a combination of business and private duties. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with strong administrative skills to further develop their career in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Extensive and complex diary management
  • Scheduling meetings and appointments across multiple time zones
  • Drafting and responding to correspondence, including emails, letters and memos.
  • Booking travel and accommodation, and processing travel expenses
  • Taking accurate minutes during meetings and circulating them promptly
  • Liaising professionally with a wide range of internal and external individuals
Requirements
  • 1-2 years' experience as a PA in a fast-paced corporate environment
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Flawless English, with strong grammar and the ability to produce high-standard written work
  • Excellent organisational and administrative abilities
  • High level of IT proficiency
