A leading health organization is looking for a Junior Operational Analyst in Staines-upon-Thames. The role involves analyzing data related to telephony, webchat, and email, identifying performance gaps, and collaborating with teams to improve healthcare delivery. Candidates should have proficiency in coding languages such as SQL or Python, experience with data visualization tools, and an understanding of machine learning techniques. There will be a requirement to attend a Bupa site (Staines / Manchester / London) at least twice a month.
Permanent Full Time (37.5 hours) Monday Friday.
Salary 35000 - 39000 depending on location and experience.

As a Junior Data Analyst specialising in Operational Data within the Healthcare Industry you will be responsible for analysing interpreting and presenting data specific to telephony webchat and email contact.
