  • Welcome clients and visitors and ensure they are dealt with promptly.
  • Provide an efficient service when booking meeting rooms and assist with set ups and arrangements.
  • Ensure meeting rooms are fully stocked and clean after use.
  • Action ad-hoc tasks through the Facilities Helpdesk.
  • Liaise with contractors and engineers for repairs and maintenance.
  • Keep kitchen areas and vending machines stocked and tidy.
  • Assist with small furniture/office moves.

We’re seeking an ambitious Junior Office Assistant who is confident working autonomously in a busy, varied role, covering a range of reception, facilities, and general office duties.

Key Responsibilities of the Junior Office Assistant:
  • Welcome clients and visitors and ensure they are dealt with promptly.
  • Provide an efficient service when booking meeting rooms and assist with set ups and arrangements for catering for meetings/lunches/events.
  • Ensure meeting rooms are fully stocked and set up as required, including the clean down of meeting rooms after use.
  • Action ad-hoc tasks that come through the Facilities Helpdesk such as but not limited to creating access passes for internal and external clients, ordering stationery supplies, initial assessment of maintenance issues.
  • Liaise with contractors and engineers in relation to ad hoc repairs and planned maintenance works.
  • Ensure the kitchen areas and vending machines are kept stocked and tidy.
  • Assist with small furniture/office moves.
Skills & Requirements of the Junior Office Assistant:
