The Role: Office Junior Administrator

  • We are looking for a bright, enthusiastic person to join a busy Plumbing and Heating firm. You will be inputting data on our in‑house system, which you will get training on.

  • You will be booking in work for engineers, emailing and speaking with clients.

  • You must be able to use Outlook, Word and Excel.

  • You must have a good telephone manner and good communication skills.

  • You must be punctual, polite, hard working and professional at all times.

Other duties will include:
  • Filing, photocopying, scanning documents, faxing, keeping the office tidy.

  • Hours are 9am till 6pm Monday to Friday. You may also be required to work the occasionally on Saturday.

  • You will need to be flexible with your hours as you may be required to work outside your contracted hours.

Wages depending on experience.
