An established managed IT support provider is seeking a motivated Junior Network Engineer to join their team. They support small, medium, and enterprise businesses across the UK with a wide range of services including IT Help Desk support, cloud infrastructure, networking, and cloud applications such as Microsoft 365 and AWS.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provide 1st, 2nd, and 3rd line technical support via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Maintain a high degree of customer service and follow service management best practices.
  • Take ownership of user issues and demonstrate a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
  • Log all calls and issues accurately in the ticketing system.
  • Assist clients with resolving network, server, hardware, and software issues.
  • Maintain logs of calls taken and any software or hardware faults identified.
