Job summary

Represent Recruitment is seeking a Junior or Middleweight Digital Designer with a sharp UI eye to craft premium digital experiences for fashion, beauty and lifestyle brands. You will contribute from concepts through to developer handover, shaping websites, design systems and ongoing optimisations.

You’ll join a close-knit team in a fast-moving premium consumer environment, with travel to the London studio when required and flexibility on location for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Around 2–5 years' experience in a digital design, UI or product design role.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong UI design and excellent visual craft.
• Highly proficient in Figma, with working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and After Effects.
• An appreciation for animation, interaction design and thoughtful micro-interactions.
• A genuine interest in e-commerce, fashion, beauty and premium consumer brands.
• Excellent attention to detail and pride in producing polished, considered work.
• Collaborative, proactive and comfortable working closely with developers and other designers.

Responsibilities

• Designing engaging websites and digital experiences for fashion, beauty and lifestyle brands.
• Contributing to website redesigns, design systems and ongoing optimisation projects.
• Working from early concepts and wireframes through to developer handover.
• Collaborating closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented with accuracy and care.
• Creating digital assets for both client projects and the agency's own brand.
• Researching design trends, user behaviour and emerging digital best practice.
• Contributing ideas and creative thinking within a collaborative design team.
