We're seeking a Midweight Digital Designer with a passion for UI and performance‑led design to join our in‑house creative team. You'll deliver multi‑channel digital solutions that align with our brand and support briefs across Brand Marketing, Ecommerce, CRM, and External Communications. Working across diverse platforms, you'll optimise customer journeys and produce high‑quality, on‑brand creative. Collaborating with senior designers, copywriters, marketers, UX, and product teams, you'll ensure a consistent customer experience. You'll also contribute to CRM campaigns and enhance our Ecommerce offering through data‑informed, user‑centred design. We're looking for someone who thrives at the intersection of creativity and data, eager to grow in a fast‑paced, supportive environment. You'll gain hands‑on experience, present work with clear rationale, and stay current with design trends and AI's evolving role.
