  • Lead on test-and-repeat models to optimise trade.
  • Prepare and present trading reports in meetings.

  • Mentor and support junior team members.

As a Junior Merchandiser, you are responsible for planning & trading your own department and driving your own sales. You will work with a Merchandiser to ensure the necessary controls are in place to maximise business performance to ensure we have the right product, at the right time, in the right place and in the right quantities.

From analysing sales performance and forecasting demand, to building ranges and trading categories, you’ll be hands‑on in decisions that directly impact commercial success. What you’ll do

As a Junior Merchandiser, you’ll:
