Rebel Lion Advertising Limited in Cardiff is seeking a Junior Media Planner to support the development of audience-led media plans and learn the craft of performance-led media planning. You will work closely with the planning and activation teams to ensure accurate inputs, timely outputs and sound commercial decisions.

This entry role offers structured progression, hands-on exposure to live briefs and campaigns, and a clear path from junior to planner as you develop core planning skills and data

Formación

• Candidate should be early in their media planning career and eager to learn.
• 1–2 years’ experience in a media agency, in-house media team or relevant placement.
• Basic understanding of media planning principles.
• Interest in audience-led planning and real-world media behaviour.

Responsabilidades

• Support creation of media plans under supervision.
• Manage data inputs and schedules.
• Liaise with media owners to secure assets.
• Ensure outputs are accurate, timely and commercially sound.
