Job summary

The Client, a multi-disciplinary Building Services consultant with multiple UK offices, is seeking a capable design and technical advisor to support feasibility studies, design, and commissioning across a range of projects. You will conduct site surveys, prepare reports, and contribute to overall feasibility studies while coordinating with CAD and other design teams.

You will work under clear direction on projects, taking a discipline lead on smaller assignments and ensuring timely delivery,

Responsibilities

• Work in coordination with design team members and provide client care and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
• Understand project scope and adapt duties according to the appointment and project limitations.
• Monitor project costs and time against the budget, and communicate any financial implications.
• Take ownership of workload to meet timescales and deliverables.
• Attend meetings to represent the discipline and convey other disciplines on behalf of the Company.
