Office based, Commutable from Gloucester, Cheltenham, Tewksbury and surrounding areas

Are you a Mechanical Engineer with Design experience that is an aspiring Lecturer and Trainer where you will be heavily invested in through AET, IQA and CPD qualifications all whilst having the chance to have full autonomy of your course and further career progression and become a recognised specialist?

This is a rare and exciting opportunity where you will be fully trained within training, and become a go to recognised training specialist and have the opportunity to progress your career.

This company are recognised as experts in engineering training, with 50 employees and coming up to 5 decades in business, they are known as the go to trainers in the South West.

This role will suit a Mechanical Engineer that is aspiring to move into the Training sector.

The Role:

• Supporting, Developing and training aspiring mechanical engineers at Level 3 and Level 4 Levels (Apprenticeship and above)
• Working alongside the Tutor and Lecturing teams to support the next generation of engineers
• Full Teacher Training to become qualified.

• Previous Mechanical Engineering background
• Looking to step into a Teaching, Training and Lecturing Role
