Qualifications

• Proven MD-level track record in Leveraged Finance origination or sponsor coverage.
• Demonstrated success originating and executing large-cap financing transactions.
• Well-established network with private equity sponsors and corporate clients.
• Strong commercial instincts to identify and convert opportunities.
• Experience leading senior client relationships from origination through execution.

Responsibilities

• Originate and lead leveraged finance opportunities across PE-backed and corporate clients.
• Develop and maintain senior relationships with sponsors, CEOs, CFOs and other decision-makers.
• Drive financing solutions across acquisitions, refinancings and recapitalisations.
• Collaborate with coverage, capital markets, syndication and risk teams to deliver outcomes.
• Contribute to growth and strategic direction of the franchise across the UK and EMEA.
• Act as a senior leader and mentor within the platform.
