Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and deliver a programme of webinars and live events.
• Build engaging marketing campaigns across email and digital channels.
• Create event programmes, promotional content and customer communications.
• Run A/B tests across subject lines, messaging, landing pages and calls to action to continually improve campaign performance.
• Host webinars, support speakers and ensure every event runs seamlessly.
• Work closely with Sales, Marketing and Content teams to maximise registrations and commercial success.
• Monitor campaign performance, produce insightful reporting and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Maintain CRM data and support campaign targeting and optimisation.

Are you an organised, creative marketer who loves bringing events to life?

We’re looking for an ambitious Junior Marketing Execu to join a market-leading B2B information and events business that supports thousands of organisations across the UK. This is an exciting opportunity to own the delivery of high-impact webinars and live events while creating marketing campaigns that generate engagement, drive registrations and deliver commercial results.

Working alongside an experienced Events & Marketing Manager, you’ll take ownership of campaigns from concept through to delivery, giving you real variety, autonomy and the chance to make a visible impact.

Day to Day

• Plan, coordinate and deliver a programme of digital webinars and live events
• Build engaging marketing campaigns across email and digital channels
• Create event programmes, promotional content and customer communications
• Run A/B tests across subject lines, messaging, landing pages and calls to action to continually improve campaign performance
• Host webinars, support speakers and ensure every event runs seamlessly
• Work closely with Sales, Marketing and Content teams to maximise registrations and commercial success

YOU?

• Previous experience delivering B2B events, webinars or marketing campaigns
• Excellent written communication and copywriting skills
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Commercial mindset with an interest in campaign performance and optimisation
• Experience using CRM and email marketing platforms would be advantageous
• A proactive attitude with plenty of ideas and a willingness to test new approaches
