I’m working with a fantastic client in Northampton who’s looking for a motivated and creative Junior Marketing Assistant to join their growing team.

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone early in their marketing career who’s eager to gain hands‑on experience across digital campaigns, content creation, and brand development, all while being supported by an experienced marketing team.

The role:
  • Support the delivery of marketing campaigns across digital, social, and email channels
  • Create and schedule engaging content for social media platforms
  • Assist with website updates, blogs, and newsletters
  • Help organise events, promotions, and other marketing activities
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance
  • Conduct competitor and market research
  • Work with external partners and suppliers as needed
The ideal candidate:
  • A proactive, creative individual with a keen eye for detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident using social media for business
  • Some prior marketing experience (internship, placement, or entry-level role)
  • Bonus points for experience with Canva, Mailchimp, HubSpot, or Google Analytics
