THE EMPLOYER IS: INCISIV LTD We are seeking a motivated Junior Marketing Assistant to join our team and support the Business Development Lead. In this role, you will be instrumental in growing our online presence by assisting with the planning and execution of social media strategies. You will also be involved in the day-to-day running of the business, from administrative tasks and engaging with customer feedback to conducting quality assurance on our virtual reality products. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a genuine enthusiasm for digital engagement to kickstart their career in the virtual reality, gaming, or sport tech industry.

Responsibilities
  • Content Creation: Collaborate with the team to develop creative and compelling social media content, including posts, graphics, videos, and stories.
  • Scheduling and Posting: Assist in scheduling and publishing content across multiple social media platforms according to content calendars.
  • Monitoring and Engagement: Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions, and engage with the audience in a timely and professional manner.
  • Community Management: Build and nurture our online community on platforms such as Discord, Reddit, and social media groups. Foster a positive and engaging environment, facilitate discussions, and gather valuable community feedback.
  • Analytics: Help track and analyse the performance of social media campaigns and content using analytics tools to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Reporting: Assist in preparing regular reports summarising marketing activity and key metrics.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing of virtual reality games and experiences to ensure they meet the highest standards of functionality, performance, and user experience.
  • Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research to identify new markets, sales leads, trends, opportunities, and potential threats within the virtual reality industry.
Skills and Qualifications

  • GCSE and A-Level qualifications.
  • Strong passion for social media and a solid understanding of various platforms.
