Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Junior Manufacturing Engineer with full training from CNC in a defence-focused manufacturing environment. The role offers industry training, excellent progression, and a supportive team working with specialist parts.

You will learn and apply HAAS programming, setting and operation, plus fault-finding and prototyping support, in a days-based, site-based role with overtime opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must have some Machining background.
• UK national or settled EU resident for security clearance due to industry.

Responsibilities

• Setting, operating and programming HAAS machine tools for bespoke small batch projects.
• Conducting fault-finding, repairs and preventative maintenance on workshop equipment.
• Supporting design, prototyping and product development activities.
• 40 hour working week Monday to Friday with flexible hours (8am-4pm or 9am-5pm) and optional overtime.

Site Based: Commutable from Salisbury, Southampton, Amesbury, Andover and Surrounding Areas

The Role:
