Job summary

OHO Group (Lithuania) is seeking a junior engineer to join its AI/deeptech team. You will develop and deploy ML models into real-world environments, working directly with customers to understand problems and build AI solutions.

You’ll create end-to-end systems from data collection to user-facing applications and integrate AI into software products and constrained hardware. Join a fast-moving team where you’ll tackle challenging problems, learn from leading engineers, and gain autonomy early

Qualifications

• Degree in a technical field or hands-on engineering experience with ML projects.
• Solid foundation in machine learning, algorithms, or applied mathematics.
• Proficiency with Python; experience in C++, Java or Rust is a plus.
• Familiarity with ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow or JAX.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a drive to build real-world solutions.
• Excellent communication and customer-facing interest.

• Familiarity with ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow or JAX
• Strong problem-solving skills and a desire to build things that work outside the lab
• Excellent communication skills and an interest in working directly with customers
