I’m currently working with a growing specialist land and development consultancy that is looking to appoint a Junior Land Manager to join their team.
This is a particularly exciting opportunity for someone who is commercially minded and wants to build a career in land acquisition and development, with the role heavily focused on identifying and sourcing new development opportunities.
Your main focus will be finding and securing potential development sites, working closely with landowners and the wider development team to assess opportunities and bring them forward.
And there’s a serious incentive attached...
£2,500 bonus for every site you source that subsequently achieves planning permission.
So, if you have the drive to identify good opportunities and the ambition to see them through, there is significant earning potential on top of your basic salary.
This role would suit someone with 1–3 years experience in land, planning, property or development, although attitude and commercial drive are just as important.
