Job description
JUNIOR IT TECHNICIAN - full-time 37.5 hours per week.

We are looking for an individual to join our Head Office in Whitchurch, who has good basic knowledge of IT and is keen to develop these skills further.

You will assist our external IT company in maintaining the smooth and efficient operation of end‑user computer equipment through effective installation, configuration, performance management, and troubleshooting. Your duties will include assisting in maintaining printers and scanners and other peripheral devices, and you will also be the first point of contact for all telephone issues throughout the Springcare Group to ensure swift remediation in conjunction with our external phone company. Your duties will also include assisting our GDPR Compliance Officer and you will have the opportunity to become involved in project work.

The role is to support 31 locations, so you must have a full driving licence, as part of the role will involve attending sites as necessary.
