Aztec Group is seeking an entry level Identity and Access Management (IAM) support role in the UK. The position reports to the Identity and Access Management Manager and involves daily IAM duties across the Aztec Group, delivering proactive service and enabling business needs.

The role emphasizes analytical and communicational skills, adherence to security controls, and collaboration with business users. A flexible, hybrid working arrangement and opportunities across jurisdictions are offered.

Responsabilités

• Assist with organisation and signing of financial documents.
• Follow robust procedures and controls.
• Receive and distribute banking hardware to the business.
• Adhere to JLMC (joiner, leaver, mover, change) processes for security controls.
• Ensure segregation of duties across applications and services.
• Build collaboration with business users to understand needs.
• Perform other duties within the IAM team as required.
• Utilise Ivanti to prioritise and resolve service requests across jurisdictions.
• Use initiative for problem solving.

About the role:

Reports to Identity and Access Management Manager

The purpose of this position is to carry daily duties within the IAM team and to provide support across the Aztec Group. This an entry level role and you should be able to demonstrate analytical and communicational skills, whilst delivering a proactive service focused capability to the business.

Key responsibilities :

• Assisting with the organisation and signing of various financial documents
• Following robust procedures and controls
• Receiving and distributing banking hardware to the business
• Adhering to security controls by delivering responsibilities within the joiner, leaver, mover and change (JLMC) process
• Ensure appropriate segregation of duties are adequately maintained across all applications and services
• Build a strong collaborative relationship with business users and gain a good understanding of the business needs that are supported
• Carrying out other duties as required within the team
• Utilising the Group's Service Delivery tool "Ivanti", provide effective prioritisation and resolution of Service Requests for all jurisdictions
• Using initiative for problem solving

• Computer literary skills are essential
• Ability to carry out all duties accurately and have a keen eye for detail
• Absolutely trustworthy with high standards of personal integrity
• Ability to follow documented processes accurately and efficiently
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Work well as part of an efficient team in a fast paced environment
• Relevant experience in an IT service delivery role would be an advantage, as would experience in a financial services environment
