A prominent children's services organization in Bristol is seeking a Junior IT Helpdesk Apprentice to provide IT support and gain a Level 3 Information Communications Technician qualification. You will assist colleagues across various locations while developing essential skills in troubleshooting and communication. We're looking to add an Apprentice to our Aspris IT team!
As a Junior IT Helpdesk Apprentice, you will be responsible for helping to deliver helpdesk services to the company within required SLA’s and policies. You will also achieve a Level 3 Information Communications Technician qualification whilst you work!
We're looking for someone who has a keen interest in IT who is looking to make a successful career with the help of Aspris - providing support to colleagues across 92 homes, schools and colleges, as well as our Central Aspris teams.
There may be some travel involved during this role so a driving licence is preferred, however it is not essential criteria.
