A leading engineering partner in Midsomer Norton seeks a proactive Junior IT Engineer to provide first-line support and assist in maintaining IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of computer hardware, knowledge of Microsoft operating systems, and excellent communication skills. The role supports project delivery and ensures systems run smoothly, offering competitive salaries and benefits.
Contracted to 40hrs per week Monday to Friday, based in our Midsomer Norton Head Office. As our Junior IT Engineer, you'll be part of a small but dynamic IT team providing first‑line support to the business, support colleagues via our helpdesk. You'll also help maintain and improve our IT infrastructure, support project delivery, and ensure our systems run smoothly and efficiently as we scale.
