J.P. Morgan Personal Investing in London is hiring a Junior Investment Analyst to support the Investment Desk with analytics, reporting, and risk tools.

You will work closely with senior investors, learning how investment views translate into multi-asset portfolios and how to automate data-heavy processes using Excel and Python/MATLAB. This is an excellent early‑career opportunity to build hands-on experience in global multi‑asset investing within a leading financial institution, with mentorship

Formación

• Strong numerical and analytical foundation in a quantitative discipline (STEM/economics/finance).
• Interest in financial markets with ability to discuss key drivers clearly.
• Proficient coding in Python and/or MATLAB (academic or professional).
• Strong Excel skills with audit-friendly models and analysis.
• Experience cleaning, validating, and reconciling structured data.

Responsabilidades

• Support day-to-day investment desk analytics and reporting.
• Maintain and enhance proprietary risk and quantitative tools.
• Automate repetitive data-heavy workflows (reporting pipelines, data handling, model inputs/outputs).
• Analyze portfolio exposures and risk metrics to support decisions.
• Contribute to research and analysis informing asset allocation discussions.
• Partner with senior team on projects spanning market analysis, modeling, and process improvements.
• Document methodologies and assumptions to improve transparency and repeatability.
• Communicate insights clearly through concise updates and outputs.
