Overview

Would you like to be a part of an international company with head offices based in Hemel Hempstead, renowned for being an employer of choice? We are recruiting for a Junior HR Administrator to work alongside a skilled HR and Internal Recruitment Team. This is a full-time/temporary position supporting the team on a long-term basis, with a view to a temp-to-perm transition. This is an entry-level role; no HR experience is required, but a strong interest in starting an HR career is essential. Prior admin experience is a bonus and experience within agency recruitment may be advantageous.

The role is based in Maylands, Hemel Hempstead, with on-site parking available. Hours are 8am–4pm or 9am–5pm with a 45-minute lunch break. The team operates a 3/2 hybrid structure, spending three days per week on-site and two days per week remotely.

Compensation is an hourly rate around £24k–£25k equivalent with holiday pay accrual and weekly pay while temping.

Responsibilities
