Job Summary

The Junior HR Coordinator provides essential administrative support to HR Shared Services by handling in‑office operational tasks and maintaining accurate employee records. This role supports HR case management, document processing, and personnel file administration while ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Print, sort, fax, and mail HR‑related paperwork.
  • Open and distribute incoming mail and faxes within HR XPRESS.
  • Perform special projects and additional duties as assigned.
HR Case & Document Management
  • Log receipt of Leave of Absence (LOA) documentation by updating cases in ServiceNow.
  • Upload LOA paperwork and personnel documents into the document management system.
  • Update and assign HR cases to the appropriate HR team members.
Personnel File Maintenance & Compliance
  • Maintain personnel files for office and exempt/management associates.
  • Ensure appropriate authorization for personnel file access requests.
  • Prepare personnel files for external vendor scanning, audit scanning accuracy, and follow up on missing documents.
  • Mail employment verification forms to external vendors for completion.
Employee Support Services
  • Distribute benefit enrollment materials upon request.
  • Print and mail associate discount cards as requested.
Required Qualifications
