Job summary

Watchfinder is seeking a Junior HR Business Partner to support the commercial organisation globally, gaining hands-on experience across the HR lifecycle within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

You will work closely with the Senior HR & Talent Business Partner, contributing to recruitment, onboarding, performance, and talent management activities, while building relationships with stakeholders and delivering practical HR solutions aligned with strategic growth.

Qualifications

• Interest in developing partnering capabilities and HR practice.
• Experience in HR projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the Senior HR & Talent Business Partner in implementing people initiatives across Watchfinder.
• Contribute to recruitment, onboarding, performance, and talent management activities.
• Collaborate with HR colleagues and stakeholders to deliver a consistent employee experience.
• Assist in compensation and reward processes; ensure accuracy under guidance.
• Lead or support HR projects from inception to completion.
• Coach managers to build confidence in people management.
• Manage employee relations cases with appropriate escalation.
