Qualifications

  • Strong HR operations capability and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Support and manage employee relations casework for blue‑collar employees.
  • Provide early‑stage ER guidance and prepare case summaries for white‑collar ER matters.
  • Coach managers on policy application to reduce escalation.
  • Deliver core HR operations including onboarding and offboarding.
  • Analyse HR and workforce data to provide insight on trends.
