Job description

The successful candidate will provide analytical and coordination support across several functional workstreams, with a focus on HR, Finance, Comms, and Reward.

This is an excellent development opportunity for someone with a strong data foundation looking to build experience in HR transformation within a global business environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Extract and transform data from core systems to meet business needs (HR, Finance, Compliance).
  • Support updates to organisational structures and workforce taxonomy.
  • Prepare and validate datasets to enable decision-making and downstream processes.
Tracking & Reporting
  • Build and maintain tracking tools to monitor changes, approvals, and implementation progress.
  • Adapt and evolve trackers to meet shifting project requirements.
  • Respond to ad hoc reporting needs from HRBPs and project leads.
Stakeholder Coordination & Cross-Functional Support
  • Liaise between central programme teams and regional stakeholders (HR, Finance, Comms, Reward).
  • Ensure consistency of data and structured updates across teams and systems.
  • Support coordination for workforce changes including resourcing, relocations, and realignment.
Essential Skills & Attributes
  • Strong analytical skills with comfort handling large/complex datasets.
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data cleaning & formatting).
  • Highly self-sufficient, able to manage time and priorities independently.
  • Strong interpersonal and coordination skills across multiple stakeholder groups.
  • Fast learner, adaptable to new systems and business processes.
Desirable Experience
  • Background in Finance (preferred), HR, or Business Transformation.
  • Exposure to HR systems and organisational design principles.
  • Familiarity with reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau) - nice to have.
  • Experience using OrgVue - nice to have.
  • Consulting or commercial experience, ideally across multiple functions.
