Part Time Junior HR Advisor

Location: Portishead (Hybrid working)

Salary: Up to £35,236 per annum pro rata (£24,760) - salary will depend on experience

Hours: 26 hours per week (across 4 days, including Mondays)

Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide HR advice and administrative support across all people processes
  • Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and induction
  • Support managers with HR queries and routine casework
  • Contribute to HR projects, data reporting, and policy updates
  • Help to deliver initiatives that support engagement, wellbeing, and inclusion
  • Maintain accurate HR records and documentation
About You
  • CIPD Level 3 or Level 5 qualified (or working towards) or equivalent experience
  • Previous HR experience, ideally in a generalist role
  • Some exposure to employee relations work would be beneficial but not essential
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Confident communicator who enjoys building relationships at all levels
  • Collaborative, adaptable, and values‑driven in approach
  • Competent with HR systems and Microsoft Office
