Junior HR Administrator – Recent Graduate, Key Responsibilities:
  • Assisting with producing HR documentation, maintaining employee records, and updating internal systems.
  • Helping to organise meetings and support communication with colleagues and external contacts.
  • Supporting a range of HR admin processes, including onboarding, inductions, leavers, payroll updates, family leave, and contract changes.
  • Learning to manage shared HR inbox queries and escalating where needed.
  • Assisting with reporting, data entry, purchase orders, and invoice tracking.
  • Offering general team support during busy periods and taking part in ad-hoc HR projects.
