This role leads our People Services team across our two Distribution Centres, ensuring we provide top-tier HR administrative support. You will be responsible for a team of coordinators, identifying and implementing process improvements, and ensuring all our people operations are not only efficient but also fully compliant with legal requirements and aligned with HelloFresh's values. This is a key position for building a responsive, accurate, and people-first HR service that supports the wider People and Operations teams.
As the leader of our People Services team, you'll manage a team of four People Services Coordinators, providing them with guidance and support for their professional growth. You will also work closely with, monitor, and coach our offshore shared services team to ensure consistent and high-quality support. You will be responsible for streamlining and improving all HR administrative processes, from onboarding and offboarding to daily employee record maintenance. You will also play a key part in ensuring our workplace upholds the highest standards of health and safety.
