Job summary

Future Electronics seeks a Junior Health & Safety Coordinator to support the EMEA safety program from our Headquarters. You will assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining safety manuals, ensuring UK compliance and alignment with EMEA regulations.

Based in our UK HQ, you will work with Facilities, HR, and external consultants to promote a proactive safety culture, handle reporting, training, and documentation, and help manage risk across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Experience in Health & Safety or related role.
• IOSH qualification (or working towards) desirable.
• Highly organised, detail oriented, able to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
• Effective communication skills, able to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Support the Facilities Manager, EMEA in delivering Facilities services across EMEA, including reception, workplace operations, security, post room, and general administration.
• Ensure consistent and professional front of house service at the EMEA Headquarters.
• Support housekeeping and hospitality standards to maintain a high quality working environment.
• Provide administrative support for EMEA office data, lease activity, and portfolio reporting.
• Support procurement activities, including purchase order generation, approvals, and invoice reconciliation.
• Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of Health & Safety policies, procedures, and Safe Systems of Work across EMEA.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with UK legislation, EMEA regulatory requirements, and ISO 45001 / ISO 14001 standards.
• Support risk assessments, statutory inspections, audits, and site inspections.
• Manage incident, accident, and near miss reporting, including investigation support and corrective action tracking.
• Coordinate Health & Safety training, inductions, emergency planning, and contractor compliance.
• Function as a key point of contact for Health & Safety queries and promote a positive safety culture.
• Support Environmental and ESG initiatives, including data collection, monitoring, and reporting.
• Assist with tracking environmental performance metrics, including energy and waste.
• Support wider Facilities and business initiatives as required.
• Provide out of hours support where necessary.
• Additional project or duties as Management may require at times.
