Portsmouth (Commutable from: Fareham, Southampton, Basingstoke, Winchester, Eastleigh, Waterlooville and surrounding areas)

Are you a recent graduate or early‑career professional looking to begin or further your career in Health, Safety, Environment and Quality, with a company who are offering specialist training and clear career progression?

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established manufacturer offering a structured programme with full support towards professional qualifications, and clear pathways into senior SHEQ roles.

The company are a market‑leading manufacturer of specialist heat exchange products, renowned for pioneering design and high‑quality engineering. With decades of experience and a commitment to continuous improvement, the company supports blue‑chip clients across the UK and internationally.

In this full‑time, on‑site role, you’ll be working closely with an experienced SHEQ team to maintain and develop safety, environmental, and quality systems across our manufacturing operations. You’ll gain exposure to audits, inspections, risk assessments, and policy development while receiving tailored training to grow into a fully qualified SHEQ Advisor.

This position would suit a Quality, EHS or Business Management graduate or an individual with experience in safety, quality, and improvement, who is looking to further their technical knowledge through on‑going training and long‑term career opportunities.

The Role
  • Support the SHEQ team in maintaining compliance with ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001 standards.
  • Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
  • Full Training with clear career progression
  • Monday-Friday, site‑based role
The Person
  • Graduate in Quality, EHS, or Business Management or relevant experience
  • Basic understanding of SHEQ principles and UK Health & Safety legislation
  • Full UK Driving Licence
