Responsibilities

The role takes the lead in all aspects of finance within the team as well as policies and systems such as EEPOS, VT and CBIS. There will also be a creative aspect to the role, assisting the Head of Junior Guildhall and Head of Junior Music Courses with the creation of new courses, sourcing new premises and funding. The role directly reports to the Head of Junior Music Courses and works closely with the Office Manager to ensure the smooth running of day‑to‑day administrative needs of the department. Working hours are Tuesday to Saturday during term time with extended hours on Saturday, Monday to Friday outside of term time. TOIL is available.
