Job summary

allegro. Inizio Medical is seeking a Junior Group Legal Counsel to join its commercial legal team on a permanent, remote basis. The successful candidate will provide broad commercial legal support to group companies across the UK, Europe, and North America.

Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating client and supplier contracts, advising on data protection and IP, assisting with RFIs/RFPs, and guiding regulatory matters such as the ABPI Code of Practice. 0–2 years PQE required.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor in England & Wales with 0–2 years' PQE.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry is preferred but not essential.
