Creativity is at the core of everything we do, it’s the backbone of how we work. We back artistic vision, push boundaries, and believe in doing things differently.
There is space for everyone to have a voice at Kepler, and we expect you to as well. Diversity in thought is where creativity flourishes, and we encourage different people to contribute to conversations they might not normally be. You’ll need to be comfortable operating outside your comfort zone, challenging others and being challenged, as this is where growth really happens.
We’re looking for a Junior Graphic Designer with a passion for visual culture, typography, and storytelling; someone eager to break into the games industry and bring fresh, outside influences into a saturated visual landscape.
You’ll join our Creative team, supporting our internal studios and brand partners. From designing Steam assets to contributing to editorial layouts, websites, and key presentations for major gaming events, you’ll play a hands‑on role in how Kepler and our partner studios are seen by players and the wider creative community.
As part of the Creative team, you’ll also be responsible for designing output that reaches outside of games into cultural spaces like art, music and fashion. Creating new initiatives in this space and owning them from initial conception to final public release will be key to success in this role.
This role is initially a 6 month fixed‑term contract, with the possibility to extend.
Screening call: You’ll meet with Kate, our People Director, for an introductory call to get to know more about you, whilst answering any questions you have.
Stage 1: Interview with Simon, Head of Creative, and Shiv, Creative Manager, to deep dive into your skills and experience.
Stage 2: Cultural interview with Amy and Davey, focused on assessing your alignment with Kepler brand vision and values.
Please be aware that there may be some slight changes to the interview teams and order of interviews depending on availability; we will give you full details with ample time ahead of each conversation.
We want to set you up for success and make our recruitment process as accessible as possible for you. In your application, feel free to let us know if you need anything to make your experience or environment more comfortable. We'll do our best to support you!
We care more about outcomes than ticking boxes, and we know the perfect person for the role often has a CV that's a little different.
