Location: DEBRA Head Office (with occasional travel to stores)
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week, 5 days per week
Pay: up to £24,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and adapt digital and print assets including social media and email graphics, internal communications, presentations, event materials, and POS.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all visual outputs.
  • Prepare and maintain templates for recurring design needs.
  • Contribute to creative development and brainstorming sessions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand design needs and deliver effective solutions.
  • Organize and manage design files and asset libraries.
  • Support the Senior Graphic Designer.
Skills & Experience
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools — PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and understanding of design principles.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility in adapting to changing project needs or requirements with a proactive attitude towards improvement and innovation.
  • Experience with video editing is desirable, but not essential.
