Digital & Design Coordinator, Bolton

A hugely successful growing business needs a creative and driven Digital & Design Coordinator to join their growing team. This entry-level role offers the perfect opportunity for someone passionate about digital design and marketing, eager to learn and gain hands‑on experience in a dynamic, supportive environment. You may be a recent graduate or school leaver with either a degree, apprenticeship or A‑levels in a related field.

You’ll work closely with the team to assist in the creation of marketing materials, social media content, and digital assets. With training and support, you’ll develop key skills using industry‑standard tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) while contributing to the development of creative marketing campaigns.

What You’ll Do:
  • Assist with the design of marketing materials, including digital assets for website, social media and email.
  • Support the scheduling of social media posts, ensuring brand consistency.
  • Work with the wider team to generate creative ideas for marketing campaigns.
  • Help maintain the company website and digital platforms.
  • Get involved with creating video content.
  • Develop your skills with hands‑on training in design, branding, and digital marketing.
What We’re Looking For:
  • A passion for graphic design and digital marketing, with a desire to learn and grow.
  • Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
  • Previous experience with WordPress is desirable but not essential.
  • Strong attention to detail and creativity.
  • A proactive, team‑oriented attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Someone who is able to work from the office five days a week.
