Junior Full Stack Developer (Remote, UK Hours)
About the Role
Minimal Viable Launch is seeking a curious and driven Junior Full Stack Developer to join its remote-first product team. You’ll be building and shipping AI-powered products for founders, working closely with senior developers, designers, and clients. This is a launchpad role designed to accelerate your growth with world-class AI tools, mentorship, and frameworks.
You will design, build, and debug features across client products, using AI tools to move faster than traditional development cycles. The role requires curiosity, problem-solving, and a builder mindset, with UK business hours availability.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and ship full stack features using AI specialist tools
- Write clean, functional code for production environments
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Debug issues, improve performance, and suggest better approaches
- Learn and share new tools, frameworks, and AI capabilities with the team
Candidate Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to build projects (side projects, freelance, bootcamp, open source)
- Curiosity across standard dev stack and AI tools
- Strong problem-solving skills and self-sufficiency
- Already using AI tools in your workflow
- Excellent written communication (remote-first environment)
- Motivated by learning and growth
- Experience with GitHub, live projects, or portfolio showcasing shipped work
- Background in bootcamp, self-taught, or career-switching paths
Compensation and Benefits
