The role |

As a junior front of house manager, you will be a developing leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and staff. You will support ongoing coaching and development of your team, own your shifts to enhance performance, and ensure smooth operations.

• is ready to manage shifts, plan staffing, and enjoy working with the team
• has understanding of managing labor, rotas, and is eager to learn about financial performance
