Job summary

Henry Schein One UK is seeking a Junior FP&A Analyst to support the International Group by ensuring accurate financial reports and timely KPI data, helping consolidation of finance systems and improvements to BI tooling.

You will work closely with the Senior FP&A Analyst, Local Business Units and Finance Teams across the US, UK, CA, Europe and APAC, developing analytical and reporting skills while contributing to budgeting, forecasting and performance insights.

Qualifications

  • Degree or equivalent qualification in Finance and Accounting.
  • Analytical with financial technical expertise.
  • Proactive with a drive to deliver solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate and coordinate work with multiple departments and stakeholders
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and stay organised in a dynamic work environment.
  • Self-managing and proactive

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with regional finance teams to consolidate global financial data
  • Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and forecasts
  • Support budgeting and long-range planning processes across business units
  • Analyse variances between actuals, budget and forecasts, providing insights and commentary
  • Create and compile monthly results presentations for leadership review
  • Coordinating and tracking of KPIs across business units
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across reporting systems
  • Support ad-hoc analysis requests
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities

How you'll make an impact As a Junior FP&A Analyst, you will support the International Group in ensuring financial reports are accurate and timely, providing data to support decision making regarding KPIs. You will assist the consolidation of the finance systems and contribute to improvements in BI tooling across the organisation. You'll work closely with Senior FP&A Analyst, Local Business Units, and Finance Teams across the US, UK, CA, Europe, and APAC. You will gain exposure to the International finance function and will develop your analytical and reporting skills. What you'll do
