Job Location – Antrim

Salary – £24K-£28K + travel

About the Company

Amazing opportunity for a Junior Construction Professional with a 0–1-year experience post graduate to work with one of Norther Ireland’s well-established Tier 2 Main Contractors.

This role is suitable for ambitious graduates who want to build a career with the company and progress through the ranks to run their own projects in the near future.

This project is just starting with minimum of 3 years’ work there- great for someone who wants to gain experience with all construction stages.

The Role

• Report to and support the Site Manager and Senior Engineer
• Use total station to set out when required (training provided)
• Act as a point of contact for direct staff, subcontractors, clients and design team.
• Oversee and manage manpower on site including, direct staff and subcontractors.
• Supervise works on site and ensure the quality of works and report any issues to senior management in a prompt and timely manner
• Procurement of materials for site
• Ensure that company policies including H&S policies are adhered to on site.

Requirements

• A recent Degree in Construction Management & Engineering.
• Ideally will have completed a placement or 1 year with a Main Contractor.
• Willingness to learn and work to the best of your ability
