Job summary

Prestige Corporate Events is seeking a Junior Finance Executive in Croydon to support day-to-day finance as we migrate to Zoho Books and link finance with CRM. You will keep ledgers clean, reconcile bank and card accounts, prepare payments, and provide leadership with timely reporting on margin, cashflow and forecast performance.

This hands-on role offers breadth and growth into cashflow forecasting and credit control.

Qualifications

• Some finance, bookkeeping or accounts experience.
• Strong attention to detail and methodical reconciliations.
• Confident with spreadsheets and data entry.
• Well organised with deadlines and prioritisation.
• Clear communicator across finance and sales.
• Discreet handling of sensitive financial data.
• Experience with Zoho Books/CRM or similar systems.
• Understanding of VAT, ledgers and reconciliations.
• Studying toward or interested in AAT or equivalent.
• Exposure to events, hospitality or ticketing sector.

Responsibilities

• Post and upload invoices in Zoho Books and maintain ledgers.
• Reconcile ledgers against statements and CRM records.
• Manage bank feeds and reconcile cashbook and company cards.
• Prepare payments and support authorisation by senior staff.
• Produce margin, cashflow, forecast reports and variances.
• Support cashflow tracking and credit control activities.
• Assist with Zoho Books migration and system reconciliation.
• Handle ad hoc finance tasks for the leadership team.
