Looking to step up and make an impact? This growing, forward-thinking business in Eastleigh, Hampshire is looking for a Junior Finance Business Partner to take ownership of branch results, deliver clear financial insights, and support the team with key reporting and analysis. You’ll play a hands-on role in driving performance, improving efficiency, and building strong relationships across the business.

Responsibilities
  • Review and report on monthly branch performance, ensuring accurate and timely management information.
  • Identify trends and key variances to budget or forecast, providing clear analysis and commentary.
  • Build strong relationships with branch and senior managers, offering financial insight to support decision-making.
  • Drive process improvements and efficiency across branches through regular reviews and benchmarking.
  • Support forecasting, budgeting, and ad-hoc analysis to help the business achieve its growth goals.
Suitable Candidate
  • Part or Fully Qualified AAT/CIMA/ACCA/ICAEW.
  • Advanced Excel Skills.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a wider team.
  • Challenging approach to work (looking to drive improvements through an understanding of root causes and how they can be effectively implemented).
  • Strong planning, time management and attention to detail.
