Franke Coffee Systems UK is seeking a Junior Finance Assistant to join our finance team. You will support daily accounting tasks, manage supplier invoices and customer invoicing, and help maintain accurate financial records to enable reliable business reporting.

The role focuses on transactional finance, data accuracy, and assisting with month-end activities. A-levels or equivalent are required, with basic Excel skills and a willingness to learn and grow within the finance function.

Qualifications

• Minimum education requirements: A-levels or equivalent.
• Previous Finance, Accounting or office experience would be beneficial but is not essential.
• Strong interest in developing a career in Finance.
• Willingness to learn and develop.
• Basic Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
• SAP Business One knowledge is beneficial but not essential.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Positive and proactive attitude.

Responsabilités

• Process accounts payable and receivable tasks including supplier invoices and customer invoicing.
• Maintain general ledger by posting journals and reconciling accounts.
• Support month-end and year-end activities and financial reporting prep.
• Respond to routine finance queries and maintain financial records.
• Assist with ad-hoc finance tasks and projects within deadlines.
