Position Summary

Reporting to the Regional Senior Finance Manager, this role involves business partnering activities as well as month‑end close activities. It supports and owns elements of corporate planning (QF, Budget, Strategic Plan) and corporate month/quarter‑end reporting and analysis.

Responsibilities

Commercial P&L and Balance Sheet

• Accurate and reflects company policies and agreed accounting standards
• Proactively manages deflator accruals and releases to ensure they reflect commercial phasing/agreements
• Month‑end close journals and review
• Working with local teams on reporting and analysis
• Assist with setting up the EU Digital Channel
• Managing the Advertising and Promotions spend for the digital team

Corporate Budgeting & Forecasting

• Ensures all corporate deadlines are identified, communicated to the business and are met
• Ensures HPL accurately reflects the commercial P&L to Gross Margin and the corporate profit to Operating Profit
• Produces reports and analysis to ensure YTD and YTG performance is understood

Corporate Reporting

• Works on Price, Volume mix models to assist with commentary for group
• Works with other Senior Finance Analysts to ensure value‑adding analysis for the commercial and marketing teams
• Analyzes overheads and ensures forecast spend is in line with target
