Responsibilities

  • Conducting service works directly relating to temperature mapping.
  • Carry out installation of Environmental Monitoring System at customer sites.
  • Prioritize time management to ensure service works are completed in a timely manner.
  • Prepare and execute paperwork for service and calibration works.
  • Manage and archive calibration data and reports.
  • Provide on-site customer support, technical advice, and troubleshooting.
  • Serve as site contact for customers regarding maintenance questions.
  • Complete on-site system commissioning & product training.

Job Description

The Company Biomap Ltd is a company that provides Validation & Qualification for temperature monitoring solutions to the Pharmaceutical & Biotech Industries. We operate in a heavily regulated environment working with a wide range of companies from Labs, Hospitals, Wholesalers and Pharmaceutical manufacturers. The position is part of a team that is responsible for carrying out calibration and service works in line with documentation associated with the quality management system. To effectively and accurately carry out service works and customer calibration duties through accurate planning and organisation.

  • Conducting service works directly relating to temperature mapping.
  • Carry out installation of Environmental Monitoring System at customer sites.

Qualifications
  • Excellent analytical and practical hands‑on approach to engineering and problem solving.
  • A formal electrical and/or mechanical qualification to ONC or above.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Knowledge of Remote Desktop Software (Teamviewer or Windows RDP).
  • Knowledge of dataloggers and Environmental Monitoring Systems.
  • Ability to undertake travel in UK, Europe and RoW as necessary.
  • Flexible approach to working hours.
