Responsibilities

• Assist producers across planning, scheduling, logistics and onsite delivery.
• Liaise with freelancers, creators, suppliers and talent.
• Maintain trackers, call sheets, budgets, purchase orders and reconciliations.
• Organise stock, receive deliveries and prepare materials for events.
• Help with installs, live events, de-rigs and guest/talent coordination.
• Source venues, suppliers and references for pitches and projects.
• Keep folders organised and contribute to improving ways of working.
